The mouse is better in that it has all the normal buttons though my mouse developed a problem with the scroll wheel. It took a long time to find Microsoft's customer service number for warranty replacement, but after getting it Microsoft's customer service is great. I'd prefer it if they replaced the keys with a scroll wheel or something more useful since I find zooming unnecessary. I don't like some of the options they have on the keyboard suhc as the zoom in and out. However I've found they occaisonally drop off connection, and I'll have to unplug the usb and plug it somewhere else or restart the computer. The keyboard and mouse are both very comfortable to use.
